This website, the10xskill.com (“the10xskill”), is owned and operated by Mr SmX Studios, West College Road, Jhagrarpar Part II, Dhubri, Assam 783324, India. Any reference to “we”, “us” or “our” means Mr SmX Studios. Payments are collected by Mr SmX Studios via Razorpay, and your bank statement and invoice will show Mr SmX Studios.

1. Acceptance

By using this website or buying any product on it, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, our Refund & Cancellation Policy and our Shipping & Delivery Policy. You must be at least 18 years old, or buy with the consent of a parent or guardian.

2. Who you are buying from

All products on the10xskill.com are sold by Mr SmX Studios. “the10xskill” and “AI Editing OS” are brand names of Mr SmX Studios. Your payment is collected by Mr SmX Studios and your invoice or receipt is issued by Mr SmX Studios.

3. What AI Editing OS is

AI Editing OS is a digital product made of editing-style instruction files, written guides and instructional videos. It is not standalone software, and it is not a subscription to Claude.

4. Third-party requirement: Claude Pro

AI Editing OS only works with Claude, a service of Anthropic. To use it you need your own paid Claude Pro subscription (or a higher plan), which you buy from Anthropic, from about ₹2,000/month. That subscription is not included in our price, is billed by Anthropic, and is governed by Anthropic's terms. We are not affiliated with Anthropic and are not responsible for Claude's availability, pricing, features or usage limits.

5. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise. Checkout is hosted by our store provider, Payhip, and payments are processed by Razorpay Software Private Limited on behalf of Mr SmX Studios. We do not see or store your full card details, CVV, UPI PIN or net-banking password. An order is confirmed only when payment is successful; we may cancel and refund an order flagged as fraudulent or placed at a wrongly displayed price.

6. Licence

You get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use AI Editing OS to edit your own videos and your clients' videos. You may not resell, share, publish, upload or redistribute the files, guides or videos, or present them as your own product. We may remove access without refund for sharing or piracy.

7. Your footage and results

You are responsible for having the rights to the footage, music and other material you edit. Edit quality, speed and volume depend on your footage, your instructions, your computer and Claude's usage limits. Examples on this website show possible results and are not a guarantee.

8. Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

9. Intellectual property

All content on this website and in our products, including style files, guides, videos, graphics and the names the10xskill and AI Editing OS, is owned by Mr SmX Studios and protected by Indian copyright and trademark law. “Claude” is a trademark of Anthropic and is used only to describe compatibility.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the product.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms. The latest version and its date are always on this page. Changes do not reduce rights you already have for a past purchase.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and courts at Dhubri, Assam have exclusive jurisdiction. Please contact us at mrsmxcourses@gmail.com first so we can try to resolve any issue.
