Any reference to “we”, “us” or “our” means Mr SmX Studios. Payments are collected by Mr SmX Studios via Razorpay, and your bank statement and invoice will show Mr SmX Studios.

1. Digital products only

All products are digital. Nothing is shipped physically and there are no shipping charges.

2. How you receive your product

After a successful payment you receive an email at your checkout address with access to your files and setup videos. Delivery is usually instant and always within 24 hours. Please check spam and promotions folders.

3. If access hasn't arrived

Email mrsmxcourses@gmail.com with your checkout email and payment ID and we'll send it manually. If we can't deliver within 48 hours of payment, you can choose a full refund.

4. Service area

Available to buyers in India and internationally, wherever our payment partners accept payment.
