Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. 7-day first-edit guarantee
If you can't get AI Editing OS working, you shouldn't pay for it. You can get a full refund of the amount you paid us if, within 7 days of purchase:
- you have an active paid Claude Pro (or higher) plan;
- you followed the setup guide; and
- you could not produce one finished video edit, and we could not fix the problem after you emailed mrsmxcourses@gmail.com with the subject “Refund request”, your checkout email, your payment ID and the step where you got stuck.
2. When a refund is not available
- The request is made more than 7 days after purchase
- You don't have, or don't want, a paid Claude Pro plan (this requirement is stated before purchase)
- You have successfully produced edits and simply changed your mind
- Access was removed for sharing or piracy
3. Always refunded
- Duplicate payment: the extra payment is refunded in full.
- Access not delivered: if we can't deliver access within 48 hours of payment, you can choose a full refund.
- Failed payment with money debited: usually reversed automatically within 5–7 business days; if not, contact us with your payment ID.
4. Claude Pro is not refundable by us
Your Claude Pro subscription is bought from and billed by Anthropic. We cannot refund or cancel it. Manage it in your Claude account settings.
5. How refunds are processed
We reply within 3–5 business days. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method through Razorpay and normally arrive within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank.
6. Cancellations
Access is delivered immediately, so a paid order can't be cancelled except under the rules above. AI Editing OS is a one-time purchase, so there is no subscription to cancel with us.
